  • 01 What happens after I book my first visit?
    You will receive a confirmation email with intake forms and consents. At your appointment time, a telehealth link arrives by text. During the visit, Liliana reviews your goals, history, and any concerns, then recommends labs and a protocol if appropriate.
  • 02 How do I receive my medications?
    Compounded medications and supplies ship directly to you from our partner pharmacies with tracking. Non-compounded prescriptions can be sent to your local retail pharmacy if applicable.
  • 03 Do you accept insurance?
    Memberships are private pay only. You can apply your insurance toward labs and non-compounded medications sent to your retail pharmacy. We accept FSA and HSA cards for memberships.
  • 04 Which states do you serve?
    Texas, Colorado, and Florida currently. We are actively expanding licensure. If your state isn't listed, contact us so we can prioritize where to expand next.
  • 05 Can Viva be my primary care provider?
    No. Viva specializes in performance medicine, hormone optimization, and metabolic health. We strongly encourage every patient to maintain a primary care provider for general health needs.
  • 06 Is there a referral program?
    Yes. Refer a friend and you both get $25 off your next consult.
