This website is not medical advice
Everything on this site, including the protocol-match quiz, the eBook, and the blog, is educational. Reading or downloading any of it does not establish a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship. It is not a substitute for individual clinical evaluation.
Clinical care begins when you book a telehealth visit, complete intake, and the provider accepts you as a patient. From that point forward, all clinical communication happens in our patient portal (Charm Health), not on this website or in generic email.
Memberships
Membership tiers, what they include, and our cancellation policy are listed in detail on the programs page. The key points:
- All memberships require a twelve-week minimum. This gives the protocol enough runway to produce measurable results.
- After the initial twelve weeks, you can cancel any time with no penalty.
- Memberships renew automatically every thirty days. You can update or remove your card on file at any point.
- Medication, supplies, and shipments continue while your membership is active.
- We accept FSA and HSA. Insurance is not applied to membership fees but may apply to labs and non-compounded medications.
- Every protocol requires provider review and approval. We do not dispense based on a checkbox.
Provider licensure and service area
Viva Wellness Co. is a one-hundred-percent telehealth practice operated by licensed providers. We currently see patients in Texas, Colorado, Florida, and Iowa. If you are physically located in a state where our providers are not licensed at the time of a visit, that visit cannot proceed.
Medication sourcing
Compounded medications dispensed for our patients come from FDA-regulated 503A compounding pharmacies that perform third-party testing for potency and sterility. We do not work with grey-market peptide vendors. If a medication is not appropriate for you clinically, the provider will not prescribe it, regardless of the membership tier.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, the eBook, and the Viva Wellness Co. wordmark, is our property or licensed to us. Personal reading and reasonable sharing is encouraged. Republishing without attribution or commercial use without written permission is not.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website is provided as-is. While we keep it accurate, we make no warranty that it is error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid to access it, which for this website is zero. Clinical care under an active membership is separately governed by the documents you sign at intake.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by ordinary conversation will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
