Accessibility
Healthcare information should not have barriers. Here is what we target, what we have done, and how to tell us when we have missed something.

What this means in practice
- A “Skip to main content” link and visible keyboard focus styles are provided sitewide
- Navigation, buttons, disclosure widgets, and forms are designed for keyboard use
- Text and interactive controls are tested against WCAG contrast requirements
- Form controls use visible labels, instructions, and announced error or status messages
- The mobile menu manages focus while open and returns focus when closed
- Nonessential motion is reduced when the operating system reports
prefers-reduced-motion - Meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology
- Layouts are tested at small screens and browser zoom to reduce horizontal scrolling and content loss
Working with our team
If you cannot access information or complete a task on this website or in our patient portal, contact us and we will provide the information or perform the task in a different format. We do not require you to use the website to become a patient.
- Email info@vivawellnessco.com
- Call or text (737) 210-7283. Texts are not for health details. Use the patient portal for clinical questions.
Report a barrier
Found something that does not work for you? Tell us. Send the page URL, what you were trying to do, what got in the way, and the assistive technology you use (if any). We will acknowledge the report and work to provide the requested information or a reasonable alternative as promptly as practical.
Email info@vivawellnessco.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We use automated checks, keyboard testing, responsive review, and targeted manual inspection as part of significant site changes. Automated testing cannot find every barrier, so reports from people using the site remain important.
Formal complaints
If you believe the practice has not provided equal access to its services based on disability, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, under Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act: hhs.gov/ocr/complaints. You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.
