Men's hormone care · Testosterone

Get back to feeling strong.

Changes in sex drive, strength, body composition, mood, or energy deserve a real answer. Lili looks at the full picture, confirms what is going on with appropriate testing, and if testosterone deficiency is confirmed, builds a plan with ongoing monitoring and adjustments.

What we evaluate

The changes men bring to Lili.

  • Sexual function

Lower sex drive, erection changes, or less satisfaction.

  • Strength

Losing strength or struggling to build it despite training.

  • Body composition

More fat around the middle, less muscle, or changes that do not match your effort.

  • Mood

Irritability, low mood, or less drive than you used to have.

  • Energy

Feeling run down. Energy has many causes, so it gets a full look, not an assumption.

When deficiency is confirmed

What the research shows.

  • Sexual desire and function

In the Testosterone Trials (NEJM 2016), 790 men 65 and older with low testosterone who used testosterone gel for a year had modest improvements in sexual activity, desire, and erectile function compared with placebo.

  • Lean mass and body composition

The Endocrine Society’s guideline notes that treating men with confirmed deficiency increases lean mass and reduces fat mass.

  • Bone density

In the Testosterone Trials bone study (JAMA Internal Medicine 2017), testosterone increased bone density, especially in the spine. A TRAVERSE substudy did not show fewer fractures.

  • Mood, modestly, in some men

The Testosterone Trials found small improvements in mood and depressive symptoms.

  • Anemia, in selected patients

In the Testosterone Trials anemia study (JAMA Internal Medicine 2017), more men with anemia saw it corrected on testosterone than on placebo.

Treatment options

TRT All-Inclusive includes compounded testosterone at a provider-approved dose when prescribed, with personalized dosing in topical or injectable form. The right form depends on your preferences, labs, and history.

Fertility

Testosterone lowers your body’s own sperm production. If children are in your plans, now or later, Lili factors that in before recommending treatment.

Monitoring

Expect follow-up labs for testosterone levels and red blood cell counts, prostate-related checks when appropriate, and regular check-ins on how you feel.

How Lili personalizes your care

Confirm first. Then treat and monitor.

  • Your symptoms and goals

What has changed, how long it has been happening, and what you want to get back to.

  • Health history and other causes

Sleep, weight, medications, past steroid use, and other conditions can lower testosterone or mimic its symptoms.

  • Appropriate testing

Early-morning labs, repeated when needed, confirm whether testosterone is low and help explain why.

  • Monitoring and adjustments

Follow-ups track how you feel, your labs, and side effects, and your dose is adjusted over time.

Good to know

Testosterone therapy, in context.

  • Testosterone is FDA-approved for men with low testosterone due to specific medical conditions. Compounded testosterone is not FDA-approved.
  • Benefits on this page come from research in men with confirmed deficiency. Results vary, and not every man improves in every area.
  • Testosterone can raise red blood cell counts and lowers sperm production, which is why monitoring and fertility planning matter.

Men's hormone questions

Your questions, answered.

How is low testosterone diagnosed?

Symptoms alone do not confirm deficiency, and one number does not tell the whole story. The Endocrine Society recommends confirming low testosterone with more than one early-morning blood test, alongside symptoms and other labs that show why levels are low. Labs are ordered during your initial consultation after a review of your medical history and goals. You may provide recent lab results for your provider to review, and additional testing will be recommended when needed.

Will testosterone affect my fertility?

Yes, it can. Testosterone therapy signals your body to make less of its own testosterone and sperm, which can lower sperm counts and cause infertility while you are on it. If you are trying to conceive or might want children in the future, tell Lili at your consultation; it changes the conversation about whether and how to treat.

What monitoring is involved?

After starting treatment, monitoring includes testosterone levels, hematocrit (because testosterone can raise red blood cell counts), and prostate-related checks when appropriate for your age and history, along with how you feel. Follow-ups and dose adjustments are part of your membership.

Is testosterone safe for my heart?

In TRAVERSE (NEJM 2023), 5,246 men aged 45 to 80 with low testosterone and existing heart disease or high cardiovascular risk used testosterone gel or placebo. Testosterone did not increase major cardiovascular events, but atrial fibrillation, acute kidney injury, and pulmonary embolism were more common. Your history shapes the plan.

What is included in TRT All-Inclusive?

TRT All-Inclusive is $199 per month and is available to appropriately evaluated men and women. It includes compounded testosterone at a provider-approved dose when prescribed, supplies, home delivery, ongoing management, and two provider-selected lab panels within 12 months. Additional labs and separately prescribed medications cost extra. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Membership renews monthly. Cancel through the booking portal at least seven days before your next billing date. If a multi-month medication supply was already dispensed, the unpaid balance for that supply is due when you cancel. Sexual health involves more than testosterone. When appropriate, we also evaluate erectile dysfunction and discuss other prescription treatment options.

Can I use lab results I already have?

Yes. You may provide recent lab results for your provider to review. If something important is missing or out of date, additional testing will be recommended.

Can I combine metabolic, hormone, and peptide care?

Yes. Hormone management requires an additional membership if you're enrolled in a metabolic program. Peptide management is included with all active memberships, with peptide therapy costs separate.
