Labs are ordered during your initial consultation after a review of your medical history and goals. You may provide recent lab results for your provider to review, and additional testing will be recommended when needed.
A complimentary hormone panel is included with your initial consultation.

Medication or testing prescribed during that visit may cost extra. Not for emergencies.

Viva Concierge Access gives you an ongoing relationship with your provider: direct messaging, lab review, dosing guidance, and follow-up. Medication, labs, and pharmacy costs are separate, and eligible retail prescriptions and labs may use insurance.

Metabolic memberships don't include hormone management. If you're enrolled in a metabolic program, hormone management requires an additional hormone membership. Memberships are priced individually; there are no bundles, and combining memberships does not add extra acute/sick visits.
Peptide therapy
Peptide management is included with all active Viva memberships. When prescribed, compounded peptide medications are dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Peptide therapies typically cost an additional $199 to $349 per month, depending on dose, pharmacy, and whether the formulation contains a single compound or a combination. Therapy costs are separate from membership.
Estradiol and progesterone
Estradiol and progesterone can be prescribed through your retail pharmacy when appropriate. Medication costs are separate, and insurance may help cover eligible prescriptions. Compounded preparations, when prescribed, are available at an additional cost.
Labs
Labs are ordered during your initial consultation after a review of your medical history and goals. You may provide recent lab results for your provider to review, and additional testing will be recommended when needed. Labs are included only where a membership lists them; TRT All-Inclusive lists two provider-selected panels within 12 months. Other labs are billed separately, and insurance can be applied to labs.
Medication
Medication is included only where a membership lists it. Medication or testing prescribed during your monthly acute/sick visit, and other separately prescribed medication, may cost extra. Insurance can be applied to eligible non-compounded prescriptions.

Can I combine metabolic, hormone, and peptide care?
Yes. Hormone management requires an additional membership if you're enrolled in a metabolic program. Peptide management is included with all active memberships, with peptide therapy costs separate.
What is the monthly acute/sick visit?
Every active membership includes one complimentary acute/sick visit per month for an appropriate minor illness that can be handled by telehealth. Medication or testing prescribed during that visit may cost extra. It is not for emergencies or for concerns that need an in-person exam; call 911 in an emergency.
How much do peptide therapies cost?
Peptide management is included with all active Viva memberships. When prescribed, compounded peptide medications are dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Peptide therapies typically cost an additional $199 to $349 per month, depending on dose, pharmacy, and whether the formulation contains a single compound or a combination. Therapy costs are separate from membership.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Submit a cancellation request through the booking portal at least seven days before your next billing date. On a medication membership, if we have already dispensed a multi-month supply, you remain responsible for the unpaid remainder of that supply. For example, if you receive a three-month supply and cancel after one month, the outstanding balance for the remaining supply is due when your membership ends. Concierge membership payments are non-refundable, and medication and labs on that plan are separate.

TRT All-Inclusive and the Metabolic memberships: Membership renews monthly. Submit a cancellation request through the booking portal at least seven days before your next billing date to stop the upcoming renewal. If a multi-month medication supply has already been dispensed and is not fully paid, the remaining unpaid balance for that supply is due at termination. Payments already made toward that supply are credited.
Viva Concierge Access: Viva Concierge Access is $99/month and renews monthly. Submit a cancellation request through the booking portal at least seven days before your next billing date. Membership payments are non-refundable; medications, labs, and pharmacy costs are separate.
Missed visits or refill requests do not pause billing or create a
refund. Pharmacy delays, shipping issues, and shortages do not qualify
for refunds under the medication-plan terms; reasonable alternatives
will be offered.
A valid card on file is required. Payments are securely processed
through GlossGenius.
Medication, supplies, delivery, and labs are included only where the
selected membership lists them and only when clinically appropriate.
FSA and HSA accepted. Insurance is not accepted for memberships, but can
be applied to labs and non-compounded medications.
Compounded medications are patient-specific preparations dispensed by
503A compounding pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved, and FDA does
not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before
dispensing. Each requires an individual evaluation and a prescription;
selecting a membership does not guarantee one.
