What you want to get back to

Start with what you want to get back to.

Recovery care at Viva is medical support that works alongside the care you already have, after surgery, an injury, or a health setback.

Back to work and daily life after surgery.

Whether you had a cosmetic or plastic surgery procedure, orthopedic surgery, or general surgery, recovery is about more than the incision. Nutrition, sleep, medications, and other health factors all affect how you feel as you heal. Any plan works around your surgeon’s instructions, not instead of them.

Back to training after an injury.

A tweaked shoulder, a cranky knee, or a nagging overuse injury that keeps interrupting your routine. Bring the timeline, what makes it better or worse, and what your training asks of you.

Back to family activities.

Keeping up with the kids, getting back on the trail, or playing in the weekend game again. Lili looks at what is limiting you, from recovery between efforts to health factors that slow you down.

Back to moving without thinking about it.

Everyday movement like lifting groceries, climbing stairs, and getting through the day without being held back. Staying active now supports your independence later.

For patients dealing with inflammatory conditions, we review symptoms, current treatment, and overall health needs, coordinating with the appropriate specialist when needed.

Recovery questions

Your questions, answered.

Does recovery care replace my orthopedist, surgeon, or physical therapist?

No. Recovery care at Viva is adjunctive support that works alongside the care you already have. Lili looks at the health factors that affect recovery and, where it is part of your care, coordinates with your existing clinicians.

What kinds of concerns is recovery care for?

Adults recovering from cosmetic or plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery, or general surgery, and adults working through an injury, overuse, or another health setback. Your visit starts with what you want to get back to and what is getting in the way.

Can I use lab results I already have?

Yes. You may provide recent lab results for your provider to review. If something important is missing or out of date, additional testing will be recommended.

How much do peptide therapies cost?

Peptide management is included with all active Viva memberships. When prescribed, compounded peptide medications are dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Peptide therapies typically cost an additional $199 to $349 per month, depending on dose, pharmacy, and whether the formulation contains a single compound or a combination. Therapy costs are separate from membership.

Can I combine metabolic, hormone, and peptide care?

Yes. Hormone management requires an additional membership if you're enrolled in a metabolic program. Peptide management is included with all active memberships, with peptide therapy costs separate.
