Performance care · Active adults and athletes

Train, recover, and keep showing up.

For active adults, busy parents, recreational exercisers, and athletes who want medical care that supports the work they already put in.

Your performance goals

What you are working toward.

  • Strength and lean mass

Building or keeping muscle as the years add up, whether you lift, run, or chase kids around the yard.

  • Training capacity and consistency

Showing up week after week without feeling run down, stalled, or sidelined.

  • Recovery between sessions

Bouncing back between workouts, games, and busy days.

  • Body composition

Changing the ratio of muscle to fat in a way that supports how you want to perform.

  • Sleep and nutrition

The everyday foundations that drive energy, recovery, and progress.

  • Symptoms that limit activity

Fatigue, unusual shortness of breath, low motivation, or changes in strength deserve a medical look, not just a tougher workout.

Capacity for the long run

Performance is about more than race day.

Performance is about having the capacity for the life you lead, from training and work to keeping up with your family.

It is the strength to carry a toddler up the stairs, the energy for a long weekend ride, and the consistency to keep training through a busy season of life.

Lili looks at the medical side of how you train and recover, so the effort you put in pays off now and helps you keep your strength and independence for years to come.

Your plan

Where therapies fit

Your plan may address sleep, recovery, body composition, and metabolic health. When appropriate, we discuss hormone care, metabolic medication, or a specific peptide therapy alongside nutrition, movement, and recovery habits.

  • Sleep and restorative routines

Sleep schedules, habits, and symptoms that affect rest, with a medical look when a sleep problem needs one.

  • Recovery

Recovery between efforts, and support after an injury, surgery, or health setback.

  • Lean mass and body composition

Nutrition, protein, and resistance training come first. For men with confirmed testosterone deficiency, treatment can increase lean mass.

  • Metabolic health

Blood sugar, weight, and energy, with metabolic medication considered when it is appropriate for you.

  • Individualized treatment options

When appropriate, hormone care or a specific peptide therapy, with clear information about evidence, approval status, and cost.

Viva provides medical care that complements your training. It is not a coaching program, and no therapy is right for everyone.

How medical care complements training

The health side of performance.

  • Start with your goals and routine

How you train, how you recover, how you sleep and eat, and what you want to be able to do.

  • Look for what is holding you back

Symptoms that limit activity get evaluated, along with medications and health factors that can affect energy and recovery.

  • Individualized options

Recommendations fit your goals and health. Often that means habits and follow-up, sometimes it includes medication when appropriate.

  • Adjust over time

Follow-ups and direct messaging help your plan keep pace with your training and life.

Good to know

Performance for the long run.

  • Muscle strength and aerobic fitness are closely tied to staying independent as you age. The capacity you build now carries forward.
  • Medical care supports your training and habits. It does not replace them.
  • Any therapy is considered individually, with clear information about evidence, approval status, and cost.

Performance questions

Your questions, answered.

Do I need hormones or peptides to work on performance?

No. Many performance goals come down to training, sleep, nutrition, and finding medical issues that hold you back. Medications or therapies are considered only when an evaluation shows they make sense for you.

Does Viva provide coaching or training programs?

Viva provides medical care that complements your training and habits. Bring the plan you follow, or your coach’s plan, and Lili will focus on the health side.

When are labs ordered?

Labs are ordered during your initial consultation after a review of your medical history and goals. You may provide recent lab results for your provider to review, and additional testing will be recommended when needed.

How much do peptide therapies cost?

Peptide management is included with all active Viva memberships. When prescribed, compounded peptide medications are dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Peptide therapies typically cost an additional $199 to $349 per month, depending on dose, pharmacy, and whether the formulation contains a single compound or a combination. Therapy costs are separate from membership.

Can I combine metabolic, hormone, and peptide care?

Yes. Hormone management requires an additional membership if you're enrolled in a metabolic program. Peptide management is included with all active memberships, with peptide therapy costs separate.
