What healthspan covers

The things that keep you doing what you love.

  • Strength and mobility

Muscle and mobility are what let you carry groceries, lift a suitcase into the overhead bin, and get down on the floor with the grandkids. The WHO recommends muscle-strengthening activity at least two days a week for adults, plus balance training for older adults.

  • Metabolic health and diabetes risk

About one in three US adults has prediabetes, and most do not know it. In the Diabetes Prevention Program, a structured lifestyle program cut the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 58% in adults with prediabetes.

  • Cardiovascular health

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. Blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, weight, activity, and smoking are all worth knowing and acting on early.

  • Bone health and osteoporosis risk

Bone loss speeds up after menopause and often has no symptoms until a fracture. The USPSTF recommends osteoporosis screening for women 65 and older and for younger postmenopausal women at increased risk.

  • Brain health

The 2024 Lancet Commission identified 14 modifiable risk factors, including high blood pressure, diabetes, physical inactivity, hearing loss, and social isolation, that together are linked to nearly half of dementia cases worldwide. Working on them is worthwhile, though no plan can promise to prevent dementia.

  • Sleep, connection, and daily function

Restful sleep, relationships, and the ability to handle daily tasks with ease all shape how well you live, not just how long.

  • Quality of life and independence

Traveling, staying active with family, and keeping your independence on your own terms. That is the point of all of it.

Why Lili does this work

Six years in geriatric care changed how she thinks about health.

I'm Lili, a mom of two, wife, business owner, and board-certified family nurse practitioner. I understand how easily your own health can move to the bottom of the list when life is full. Viva brings thoughtful, personal care to your fingertips, with a plan that supports how you want to feel now and the life you want later.

Liliana Damron, APRN, FNP-BC, spent more than six years as a geriatric specialist, caring for patients with complex chronic conditions. Today her focus is on strength, mobility, and metabolic, cardiovascular, and bone health, along with cognitive-health risk factors and the independence that lets you keep living on your terms.

“I saw what happens when metabolic health, muscle, mobility, and chronic disease go unaddressed for years. I didn’t want to only care for people once their health had declined. I wanted to help them earlier, while there was still time to change the trajectory.”

How the four pillars connect

One plan, built around the life you want later.

  • Metabolic

Weight, blood sugar, and body composition shape heart, joint, and metabolic health for decades.

  • Hormone

Hormone changes affect sleep, sexual health, and bone. Thoughtful hormone care can help when it is appropriate for you.

  • Recovery

Staying active depends on recovering well from injuries, procedures, and overuse.

  • Performance

Strength and fitness built now carry forward into independence later.

Good to know

How Viva fits with the rest of your care.

  • Viva complements your primary and specialist care. It does not replace routine screenings or chronic disease management.
  • Risks and interventions are evaluated individually, based on your history, results, and goals.
  • No plan can promise added years, reversed aging, or dementia prevention. The goal is to work on what the evidence says matters.

Healthspan questions

Your questions, answered.

Does Viva replace my primary care provider?

No. Viva complements your primary and specialist care. Lili focuses on the goals and concerns covered by your Viva membership, and you keep your primary care provider for routine screenings, chronic disease management, and other care.

Can longevity care add years to my life or reverse aging?

No one can promise that. What the evidence supports is working on specific, modifiable risks like blood pressure, blood sugar, strength, and activity. Any intervention is evaluated individually for you.

When are labs ordered?

Labs are ordered during your initial consultation after a review of your medical history and goals. You may provide recent lab results for your provider to review, and additional testing will be recommended when needed.

What is the monthly acute/sick visit?

Every active membership includes one complimentary acute/sick visit per month for an appropriate minor illness that can be handled by telehealth. Medication or testing prescribed during that visit may cost extra. It is not for emergencies or for concerns that need an in-person exam; call 911 in an emergency.

Can I combine metabolic, hormone, and peptide care?

Yes. Hormone management requires an additional membership if you're enrolled in a metabolic program. Peptide management is included with all active memberships, with peptide therapy costs separate.
